Terms of Service

1. Service

MetricSpot provides automated SEO and AI-readability audits and PDF report generation. We make no warranty that the audits will result in any particular outcome on search engines.

2. Account

You're responsible for keeping your credentials safe and for all activity under your account. One account per person; agencies may have multiple users with appropriate seats.

3. Subscription & Billing

Subscriptions auto-renew until cancelled. You can cancel any time from your account; access continues until the end of the paid period. Refunds available within 14 days of first payment.

4. Acceptable Use

Don't use MetricSpot to scan sites you don't own or aren't authorized to scan. Don't resell or redistribute audit results without our written agreement (Pro plans include limited reseller rights).

5. Data

Audit results are stored to your account for the duration of your subscription. We do not sell user data. See the Privacy Policy for full details.

6. Liability

Service provided as-is. Maximum liability limited to the fees paid in the previous 12 months.

7. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Spain. Disputes are resolved in the courts of Barcelona.
